The company's principal activity is the supply and support of all machinery required in the metal forming and cutting industry.

The company was founded in 1975 as a supplier of used machinery. In 1994 the company moved to its present purpose built facility complete with offices and workshop with overhead craneage, this enabled the company to grow into the largest supplier of fabricating and sheetmetal equipment in the North East of England and one of the largest in the UK.

For over 10 years AFM supplied a large range of new machinery sourced from the best suppliers. AFM are not tied to one manufacturer and are able to give unbiased product advise and because of our strong service background, excellent after sales care.

We are not only a sales motivated company, we fully support our products with spare parts and service expertise on all machinery sold.
