At AFM we offer planned yearly servicing on all the machinery we supply. This can be arranged at a convenient time for you and helps ensure that your machinery is kept running to specification and therefore helps avoid downtime due to breakdowns or malfunctions.
We do however recognise, that even the best machinery can break down. We also understand that in these rare situations, a quick response from our service department is paramount. That’s why our highly trained engineers are available on call-outs to support machinery during any unexpected breakdowns.
Spare Parts
At AFM we carry a large selection of spare parts and ex-stock at our Cramlington Site. Parts from our partner manufacturers are often available on next day delivery so we can keep you operating with minimal downtime.
We are a proud Partner of Hypertherm, meaning we are able to supply all spart parts and software for their products, so they can keep delivering the highest reliability, cut quality and ease of use to your team.
We also carry a large range of Guillotine blades ex-stock to ensure we can keep our customers downtime to an absolute minimum.

Installation, Commissioning & Training
At AFM our machines are sold with delivery to site and installation as standard. Our expert engineers will install and commission your new equipment. They will ensure all software is operating correctly and ready for production. Our team will provide specialised operating training to make sure your production is up and running as soon as possible!
